There are many who want to ban the Quran. It is a crime to ban, burn, tear up, or flush down toilet any book. Intellectually you destroy, burn, tear up and flush down the toilet bowl of history - the Quran. However it is absolutely imperative to ban Sharia Law. Banning Sharia will be like defanging Dracula. A toothless Dracula will still be a dangerous creature who could use a sword to slit your throat and drink your blood. Islam without Sharia will still be a danger to humanity. By banning Sharia, we are declaring that the only source of law in a democratic society is the democratic constitution.
